Ref: New monthly herbal Shipping Policy

Effective Wednesday November 5th 2009 to all of my valued clients. All Monthly Herbal Shipments will be shipped on the 5th of the month or the 20th of the month. This is based on client funding arriving by the 5th or on or before the 20th of each month. If the funds for Monthly Herbal Orders arrive in our office by the 5th of the month then your herbs will leave LavenderSage Equine Inc. on the 20th of that same month. If your funds arrive on or before the 20th of the month then your Monthly Herbal Shipment with be shipped on the 5th of the following month. This will allow LavenderSage Equine Inc. to better expedite shipping, tracking and funding of herb orders producing a more manageable workload allowing me additional time to personalize client communications, animal treatments, and the benefit of timely delivery with client satisfaction.

All monthly herbal orders will be shipped on the 5th or the 20th only of every month and received by all clients by the 10 and the 25th creating a regular delivery schedule eliminating delays in shipping due to client funding and communications problems. Any client missing the 5th of the month cut off for monthly herbal funding will be charged a 20% surcharge if they wish to receive that month’s herbal order. Otherwise the shipment will be sent on the 20th. With December approaching and shipping just before the holidays, delays in receiving monthly herbal orders could extend arrival of herbs by a few days.
