Horse Lovers Healthy Tips..

I wanted to share some great healthy tips for my Horse Lovers ..
We must stay healthy as well so we can enjoy our beautiful horses…

This is a great morning energy shake.. I have one every day and once in a
while when I skip it .. I really feel it!!

Lisa’s Morning Protein Shake..

In a blender add:

1 cup Odwalla B Monster Juice
1/2 cup Pomegranate Juice
1 cup Blueberry or pomegranate Kefir
Handful organic frozen mixed berries
Handful organic frozen mixed Cherries
1 tsp. Omega twin oil
1 scoop Hemp Protein powder

Blend and enjoy!!!!

This next shake is really healthy and delicious!! This shake is designed
to clear out any toxic metals in the body due to flouride in the drinking
water to Mercury..
Many of you may not know that Cilantro is very effective against mercury..
It render it motionless allowing the body to dispose of it..

I love having this shale around 2:00 .. it is a great pick me up!!

In a blender add:
per serving…

1/2 Grapefruit
6 – 8 nice chunks of pineapple
1/2 cucumber
1 big handful of cilantro … more the better…
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 cap full of vanilla
1 squirt of Agave nectar

Blend and enjoy!!

Also for a quick and perfectly balanced meal when you are in a hurry or
before you go riding..

Cottage cheese
Flaxseed oil
Walnuts
sliced pear

Cottage cheese, walnuts and flaxseed oil contains the perfect balance of
protein, carbs and essential oils that the body requires to make up a
perfectly balanced meal.
It is fast easy and delicious!!!
